Shipping
01 — PROCESSING

Orders placed Mon–Fri before 12:00 PT ship the same day. Weekend orders go out Monday morning. We pack everything by hand at the studio in Los Angeles.

02 — DOMESTIC US

Free Ground shipping on orders over $200 (UPS or USPS, 3–6 business days). Express 2-Day available at checkout. Free in-store pickup at our Arts District studio.

03 — INTERNATIONAL

DHL Express to 80+ countries, 5–10 business days. Duties and taxes calculated at checkout — no surprise bills on delivery.

04 — TRACKING

You'll get a tracking number by email within 24 hours of dispatch. Lost in transit? Email zohobrand@gmail.com — we'll resolve it within one business day.

Returns & Exchanges
01 — WINDOW

30 days from delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and tagged. Sale items and underwear are final sale.

02 — FREE US RETURNS

Start a return at returns.zohobrand.com — we email a prepaid UPS label. Drop it at any UPS access point. Refunds hit your card within 5 business days of arrival.

03 — INTERNATIONAL

Customers cover return shipping on international orders. Once received and inspected, we issue the refund minus original shipping costs.

04 — EXCHANGES

Need a different size? Send the original back and we'll ship the swap as soon as we receive it — no second shipping fee inside the U.S.

Damages & claims

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong piece, email zohobrand@gmail.com within 7 days with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or full refund — your choice — and cover return shipping. No back-and-forth, no restocking fees.
