01 How can I place an order? +

You can place an order through our website. Browse the collection, add items to your cart, then proceed to checkout.

02 What payment methods do you accept? +

We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal — selectable at checkout.

03 Do you offer international shipping? +

Yes — we ship across the U.S. and to select international destinations. See our Shipping page for full rates and timelines.

04 How can I track my order? +

Once your order is shipped, we email a tracking number with a link to follow your package in real time.

05 What is your return policy? +

30 days from delivery, unworn with tags attached. Returns are free within the U.S. — we'll email a prepaid label.

01 Do you manufacture your products? +

Yes — we produce our garments in small batches at our own studio, controlling every step from design through print.

02 How can I contact your customer support? +

Email zohobrand@gmail.com or use the form on the Contact page. We reply within 24 hours, Mon–Fri.

03 Do you have a physical store? +

Not yet — we're working on a flagship retail space. The studio in North Hollywood is open by appointment only for now.

04 Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed? +

Email customer support as soon as possible. We'll do our best, but can't guarantee changes once an order has been processed for shipping.

05 How can I stay updated on new product releases and promotions? +
